We are looking for a talented Sales Professional to drive worldwide growth by developing new sales and distribution channels while supporting and expanding existing channels. Main Activities / Tasks:

  • Leading the provincial or district sales and develop the sales operation plans for Americas.
  • Managing the region assigned to ensure proper sales. Responsible for achieving the client or activation targets of the specified region
  • Establish sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for regions in support of Company’s long-term strategies
  • Meets the sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions
  • Maintains and expands customer base by counselling regional sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities
  • Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors
  • Evaluate appropriate new sales techniques, make recommendations on product enhancements and ensure its implementation to increase sales volume of the region
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts periodically to the management team
Qualification
  • Degree in business administration, marketing or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of work experience in sales & marketing or related field, at least 8 years in supervisory or management experience
  • Working knowledge of Oil & gas, marine & offshore, power plant market segments within an assigned sales territory
  • Strong business acumen in relevant market analysis, budget and forecast planning
  • Proven experience in cross-selling, and competence in various sales activities
  • Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills
  • Good networking capabilities
  • Willing to travel extensively through-out the assigned specified region
  • Authorized to work in United States

Qualification

  • A solid understanding of budgeting and financial planning is essential as this role involves agreeing annual budgets as well as producing financial reports
  • Demonstrated exceptional leadership skills, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Sales experience in utilities, oil & gas or marine and offshore industries will be added advantage
